TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Conditions for reservation:

After sending a booking you will receive information whether the booking was confirmed or not. In case the selected hotel cannot be booked (e.g. due to an international conference celebration), you will be offered a similar hotel at the same place and in the same price category.

Each hotel has its own specific conditions of booking cancellation; this is usually 48 hours before arrival for individuals - without a cancellation fee; for groups - depending on group size and booking date, usually 30 days before planned arrival - without a cancellation fee.

Important information: a customer asking for any services or accommodation will receive an answer by return of mail, within 24 hours at the latest; the customer will be offered alternative hotels and services in case the selected hotel has been blocked or the service cannot be rendered (e.g. if the selected building is closed down or an event is celebrated in the required building)
